My wife, Isabel, and I have proudly called Coles Crossing home for the past 20 years. We've raised our three children here, all of whom attended Sampson Elementary, Spillane Middle School, and Cypress Woods High School. Over the years, this community has become an integral part of our family’s life, and I am deeply committed to giving back and helping ensure Coles Crossing remains a vibrant and thriving place for all.

I have been actively involved in our community by mentoring students at Spillane Middle School, Cypress Ranch High School, and currently, Goodson Middle School. I have also served as captain of the Coles Crossing men’s tennis league for the past nine years.

My leadership approach is simple: listen first, keep an open mind, and make decisions based on facts and logic — not emotion. Bureaucracy and stagnation have no place in effective leadership. I believe in adapting when new information points to a better solution and fostering a transparent decision-making process.

Leadership and Professional Experience

Over a 25-year career at Hewlett-Packard, I led teams of more than 1,000 employees and managed budgets exceeding $100 million. As General Manager of a multibillion dollar business unit, I prioritized innovation, operational efficiency, and quality at every level.

Today, I run a consulting business, helping organizations achieve strategic goals, build strong teams, and drive operational excellence.

Here in Coles Crossing, I’ve remained committed to strengthening our neighborhood through mentorship, leading the men's tennis team, and active involvement at Christ the Redeemer Catholic Church. These experiences have only deepened my understanding of our community’s needs and future potential.
